MHO Award

Below is a link to an online  survey surrounding a  review of the impact of MHA 2003 to establish what people's experiences are of the Mental Health Act and the impact upon  specific individuals human rights; views on  individuals with a learning disability, those with dual diagnosis and those with autism and whether certain categories should be included  within the MHA legislation. It is important that this review is based on people's experiences.  The deadline for gathering evidence about learning disability, autism and the mental health act is Friday 30th November. Once the survey is completed (almost a month to go)  the findings will be presented to the Scottish Government  with recommendations. Therefore, Gillian MacIntyre ( advisor to review) would be grateful if you could distribute this to MHO's  and relevant individuals and other  members of the multidisciplinary team for  consideration and complete the survey.
